Our 10,000 square foot facility in the heart of the Hudson Valley isn’t just a warehouse—it’s a laboratory of creativity and precision. Our showroom in Hudson is a canvas for your vision, a playroom to explore and experiment with different ways to translate your vision to the venue.

We curate an ever-evolving collection of thousands of high-end items spanning every style imaginable, from timeless elegance to cutting-edge modern, rustic charm to opulent glamour.

We collaborate with local artisans and master carpenters on one-of-a-kind pieces, like farm tables and bars.

And if we don’t have exactly what you envision? We’ll find it or have it made.

Amy and Bryce, wife and husband, artist and scientist, become your collaborators.

At the heart of everything, you’ll find Amy and Bryce, the young, energetic team whose complementary skills and shared passion are redefining the event rental landscape.

Amy is the artist and the translator.

She brings her extensive background in high-end hospitality management, equipped with an intuitive understanding of you, the planner, and you, the person. She’s adept at turning abstract ideas into tangible experiences while making the process painless and enjoyable.

Bryce is the scientist and the orchestrator.

He embodies the perfect blend of hands-on experience and innovative thinking. He is the creative engineer and the master of on-the-ground problem-solving. His on-site ingenuity ensures that – regardless of the unexpected – even the most complex events unfold seamlessly.

He started working at Columbia Tent as a teenager, learning the business from the ground up, inside and out. But, he always saw the business could be more, and eventually purchased the business from the original owner.

And yet, when you begin to get to know them, you’ll notice a unique twist: While they are experts of their domains, Bryce is very much an artist and Amy a scientist.

In Bryce, you can see it in the creativity of his engineering, the intuitive connection he has with his team, and the flexibility of his problem-solving.

And, in Amy, you can see it in her command of the fine details, her understanding of the many predictable but complicated factors that can change on a whim, often deciding how successful an event becomes.

This wife-and-husband duo, this artist-and-scientist collaboration, represents a new generation of leadership in the industry, pushing boundaries while maintaining the highest standards of service every planner expects and deserves.
