How we work together

Whether you’re a professional Planner of many decades or this is the first event you’re planning, we follow the same four-step process below and adjust it to your needs.

Start with broad strokes

Like a painting, the first step is to give your Vision a rough foundation.

Browse our catalog and start adding items to your wishlist. Don’t hold back.

When you’re ready, submit your wishlist – even if it’s not complete or contains multiple options.

We guarantee we’ll touch base in within 2 business days, but often sooner.

Vision Translation

When we connect, we’ll dive deep into your ideas, ask the right questions, and listen carefully. This is the start of translating your vision into tangible elements.

We’ll go through however many calls it takes to fill in the details. We don’t rush this process. Instead, we create space for your Vision to find its true shape.

This is often when planners come into our showroom to see different options and layouts come to life.

When we’re all ready, we’ll craft a detailed, customized proposal including item selections, pricing, and preliminary layouts.

Logistics Hand-Off

We’ll take over and handle all logistical planning, from delivery schedules to setup plans, freeing you to focus on every other element of bringing your Vision to life.

If there are any changes on your end, let us know and we’ll adapt the proposal and plan. Anything we need from you, we’ll reach out.

If you prefer to have more hands-on management of logistics, that’s fine. We work with you, your approach, and your comfort level.
